You do have the option to freeze your coaching program for either a two (2) or four (4)-week duration with two weeks notice. Failure to notify Total Vitality two weeks prior to the desired Freeze date, you will be charged the full payment. If an emergency arises, a doctor’s note will be needed.
For in-home personal training, your coach will bring all necessary equipment. Dumbells, kettlebells, bands, medicine balls, step ups, barbells, olympic plates, and more. You may be asked to provide your own mat, towels, or more personal items. For Online coaching, you will need access to a full gym or have access to a few bands and weights. Either way, we will work around your setting and create a program that will challenge you no matter where you are.
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for in-person sessions. Cancellations within 24 hours of your next scheduled sessions will result in a lost session. No-shows and/or cancellations within 4 hours will result in an additional $50 fee.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our process of customization + assessments, we only create a program for one person at a time. If you’d like to work with a spouse, child, or friend, contact us directly for group rates.
Total Vitality is for anyone — young or old, seasoned athlete or complete beginner — who is ready to take charge of their health and feel/look fantastic! The beauty of our approach is that we meet you where you are. After thorough strategy calls and movement assessments, our exercise scientists will create a program that is as unique as your situation. We never give our clients generic copy + paste programs. For those joining our subscription group challenges, you will have the opportunity to modify exercises with the guidance of your coaches to help you in real time.
Our in-person sessions are 60 minutes long and include proper warm up, program implementation (based on your goals), and a cool down. Our online sessions are 45-60 minutes long and follow the same format.
Beyond just sets and reps, our coaches will provide the instruction necessary to execute the program with confidence. Each movement is filmed and has thorough detail to ensure your understanding of what is ideal form. We also encourage form checks, which you will send to your coach to analyze and give feedback. Your safety and efficiency are paramount.
Remember, this is more than fitness. This is self care, and we’re in it for the long haul. Your program focuses on full body movement, with great attention to detail that emphasizes the flawless facilitation of each joint. Our three pillars are Physical Vitality, Nourishment Vitality, and Regenerative Vitality. We do not skimp out on the regenerative component.
